Manager, HR Operations – Compliance & Pre-boarding
Overview
The manager of HR Operations Compliance and Preboarding will provide internal operations support for the assigned Shared Services team(s). Responsibilities include developing and maintaining team analytics to measure performance and enable proactive solutions for internal partners, serving as liaison between Shared Services and other HR service delivery lines and COEs, providing employee and management counseling, assisting with interpretation of HR policies and procedures, and proactively identifying HR issues with detailed resolution options.

Experience
- Supervisory or team lead experience in lieu of management experience.
- 5 years HR experience.
- HR compliance background.
- Vendor management experience.
