Your Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential candidates, sharing MLR’s opportunities and assessing their interest
  • Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruitment specialists for deeper evaluation
  • Maintain ongoing communication with leads, nurturing their interest throughout the hiring journey
  • Ensure accurate records are kept in our applicant tracking system
  • Earn commission based on the quantity and quality of candidates you connect with – from meetings set to hires made
