Compensation - $260,000+ DOE!

- Jump in on labor matters—respond to unfair labor practice charges and helping draft briefs for arbitration
- Keep employee handbooks up to date and aligned with current laws and best practices
- Draft and refine employment and separation agreements that reflect both compliance and care
- Coordinate requests and responses, managing the e-discovery process working ahead to meet deadlines
- Experience Attorney in Employment & Labor
- Driven to succeed, supportive team player, lifelong learner
- Admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar, New Jersey a plus
- Solid knowledge of key employment laws, including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and FLSA—plus the ability to apply them in practical, real-world situations
