Recruiter, Talent Manager

Recruiter Position

We're looking for a proactive, tech-savvy recruiter to join our team. You'll manage the full recruitment cycle especially focused on real estate & bookkeeping hiring. If you're great at building relationships, working independently, and sourcing top talent remotely, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

• Work closely with clients (mainly in real estate) to understand their hiring needs
• Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and more
• Screen and interview candidates to ensure skills, fit, and readiness
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Handle salary discussions and offer negotiations
• Build and manage a talent pipeline for future hiring
• Lead recruitment by improving processes
• Track key recruitment metrics and provide performance reports

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably remote
• Strong background in real estate hiring is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Proactive, organized, and can manage multiple roles independently
• Tech-savvy comfortable using and understanding ATS (knowledge in Recruit is preferred) and recruitment tools
• Experience working with global clients
