We’re looking for a results-driven individual to join our friendly People Team and play a key role in delivering our recruitment and resourcing goals. You’ll support bespoke recruitment events and help attract people who share our values.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to ensure Quarriers is an employer of choice.
• Independently manage and take ownership of all recruitment and resourcing activities within an allocated area.
• Deliver a first-class service to hiring managers and create a positive experience for candidates.

• Full-time, 35 hours per week.
• Agile working policy blending home-working, office time, and service visits.
• Typically, Monday–Friday, with flexibility to support recruitment events as needed.

• Previous experience in recruitment/resourcing (essential).
• A proactive, team-focused approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter and self-motivated, solution-focused, an eye for detail.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
