Interim HR Advisor

Morson is currently partnering with a not-for-profit organisation on the outskirts of Leeds that is seeking an HR Advisor to join its HR team on a short-term fixed-term contract. The contract will run until the end of February, with potential for extension. The salary on offer is £34,000, and the role will be primarily office-based in LS14, with one day per week working from home.

The Role:

Managing an employee relations caseload, including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management Providing first-line HR support across the business Coaching and advising managers on a wide range of HR queries Supporting HR projects and initiatives Assisting with wider HR duties, including recruitment We are looking to speak to HR professionals with a good level of Advisory experience and can start immediately.
