• Fully remote (100% Work from Home) with choice to work hybrid or in-office in markets with a physical office location

Working in a largely virtual environment where our culture and commitment to creating remarkable experiences come first, the Sr. Technical Recruiter role uses end-to-end recruiting to provide technology workforce staffing solutions in the Houston, Texas area through a combination of video and in-person meetings.

• Sr. Technical Recruiter must live in the Greater Houston, Texas area
• Strong business acumen and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and problem-resolution skills
• Previous staffing industry or recruiting experience is helpful
• Enthusiastic about creating remarkable experiences with coworkers, clients, and Ambassadors in line with company purpose, promise and values
• Embrace belonging culture
• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within the IT industry
• Bachelor’s degree or transferrable experience
