Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking an Experienced Freelance Recruiter to join our thriving team in Belgium! We are looking for someone who can leverage their recruiting expertise to enhance our client's hiring efforts and contribute to their success.
Your Responsibilities:- Utilize your extensive experience to identify, source, and engage candidates across diverse sectors.
- Conduct thorough interviews that assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within client organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from crafting compelling job descriptions to negotiating offers and closing candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of their specific recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay up to date on recruitment trends and best practices to continually refine our approaches and methodologies.
- Provide regular updates and insights to the management team on recruitment activities and candidate progress.
- Proven experience as a recruiter with a strong track record in sourcing and placing candidates in various roles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with candidates and clients.
- Comprehensive understanding of recruitment best practices and tools, adaptable to various hiring needs and industries.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment projects efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in driving recruitment efforts.
- Fluency in Dutch and French is advantageous, with a strong command of English.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for connecting great candidates with exciting opportunities.
- Willingness to work remotely while collaborating with a diverse and global team.
