- Manage end-to-end background check processes using the Sterling (now First Advantage) platform, ensuring compliance with global privacy laws and employment regulations
- Collaborate closely with the Global Security teamախոս to assess and process adverse findings according to company policy and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and track background check completion metrics to ensure alignment with hiring timelines
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow-up and communication throughout the candidate’s life cycle from offer acceptance to start date
- Serve as the subject matter expert for talent processes and procedures by accurately advising candidates, employees, and managers on the appropriate actions needed to proceed
- Bachelor’s degree or related business field coupled with 1‑3 years’ experience in Human Resources
- Experience with background check management, onboarding, and processing TA‑related transactions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
- Superb attention to detail and excellent verbal and written skills
- Integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Experience with HR and Background Check Systems, including Workday and Sterling/First Advantage platforms
- Experience as the first line of contact for candidates or in a customer service‑related role subdiv>n
- Process improvement, training, communication, and project management skills
- Excellent problem‑solving, critical thinking, ол and analytical skills
- Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment
