• Manage end-to-end background check processes using the Sterling (now First Advantage) platform, ensuring compliance with global privacy laws and employment regulations
• Collaborate closely with the Global Security teamախոս to assess and process adverse findings according to company policy and regulatory requirements
• Monitor and track background check completion metrics to ensure alignment with hiring timelines
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow-up and communication throughout the candidate’s life cycle from offer acceptance to start date
• Serve as the subject matter expert for talent processes and procedures by accurately advising candidates, employees, and managers on the appropriate actions needed to proceed

• Bachelor’s degree or related business field coupled with 1‑3 years’ experience in Human Resources
• Experience with background check management, onboarding, and processing TA‑related transactions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
• Superb attention to detail and excellent verbal and written skills
• Integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information

• Experience with HR and Background Check Systems, including Workday and Sterling/First Advantage platforms
• Experience as the first line of contact for candidates or in a customer service‑related role subdiv>n
• Process improvement, training, communication, and project management skills
• Excellent problem‑solving, critical thinking, ол and analytical skills
• Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment
