Summary
The Human Resource Assistant works under the direct supervision of the Director of Human Resources and will perform administrative tasks and to support effective and efficient operations of the organization’s human resource department.
Essential FunctionsThis is a full-time position. Days and hours of work will primarily fall between Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with a required one hours or thirty minute unpaid lunch. After 90 days, the position allows up to two days of remote work per week. Days to be determined by work load and the Director of HR. The HR Assistant must be available to complete job responsibilities in a timely manner that do not cause a disruption to business operations on remote days.
TravelSome travel will be required for local travel for errands.
