The Role

As Veeva continues to scale, we are expanding our Employee Success (Human Resources) team in Europe. We are looking for an Employee Success Partner who will work strategically with the business to attract top talent and manage employee relations. You will help develop and drive Veeva’s employer brand in Eastern Europe, with a focus on Poland, ensuring a compelling end-to-end candidate experience.

As the local expert, you will partner global business leaders in their organizational planning and building growth strategies for the Eastern European Region. You will provide talent insights and help define talent pools and target markets.

This opportunity is available across Poland as this is a Work Anywhere role. You must be legally authorized to be employed in the European Union.

What You’ll Do
  • Enable business growth by developing Veeva’s brand in Eastern Europe with a focus on Poland, ensuring talent pipeline and a high-performance culture where employees can do their best
  • Enable leaders to have the right people in the right roles via attraction and employee relations
  • Help leaders expand their network and build a strong pipeline and engage talent through creative attraction and sourcing channels
  • Work with European stakeholders and hiring managers to define and drive the recruitment, candidate and employee experience
  • Be the Poland and Eastern Europe expert for global leaders and Employee Success Partners
  • Leverage data and develop insights to drive results and continuous improvements
Requirements
  • 8 years+ hiring experience in Polish Talent Market across a range of talent profiles
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture ongoing candidate relationships and external talent communities for local talent which can operate internationally
  • Clear demonstration of strong judgment, coaching, influencing, and problem-solving
  • Self-driven, autonomous, and a team player
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
  • Highly resourceful, self-driven and comfortable working with ambiguity
