$150,000 – $375,000 / year OTE

• Source, recruit, and headhunt top legal talent nationwide for attorney and legal support roles
• Utilize advanced recruiting tools including Linked In Recruiter, Zoom Info, Indeed, Career Builder, Monster, and Zip Recruiter to identify and connect with top candidates
• Develop a deep understanding of client needs to ensure precise, high‑quality placements
• Conduct thorough screenings and evaluations to assess candidate experience, skill set, and overall fit
• Work closely with Account Managers to execute hiring strategies and meet client expectations
• Maintain constant communication with candidates, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the hiring process
• Stay ahead of legal hiring trends, competitive market shifts, and best practices
• Provide regular reports and performance insights to management for continuous optimization

• Proven top biller with a track record of high performance in legal recruiting
• 4+ years of full‑cycle legal recruiting experience with successful placements of attorneys and legal support staff
• Expert at sourcing, engaging, and closing top legal talent efficiently
• Proven ability to manage multiple high‑priority searches at once网址 without sacrificing speed or quality
• Strong negotiation skills for salary discussions and securing placements
• Highly proficient with recruiting technology, databases, and industry platforms
• Deep knowledge of the legal industry, key players, and hiring standards
