As a fully remote Search Consultant, you will partner with clients to fill positions, building relationships with hiring managers and job candidates while enjoying a commission‑driven compensation plan with earnings potential between 30% and 75% of production.

No prior recruiting experience is required; we provide training, coaching, and support.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent positions.
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
• Cold‑call, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews, and assist in negotiating job offers.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong data‑based and technological skills.
• Background in Business Development, Client Relationship, Marketing or Sales preferred.
• Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• A degree is preferred but not required.
