The company offers a wide range of IT solutions, including Data Storage, Backup & Recovery, Systems & Network Infrastructure, Information Security, Application Development/Integration, and Process & Compliance Consulting.

Due to explosive growth, Clear Bridge Technology Group is looking for recruiting professionals with 1‑3+ years of experience delivering consultants in the cleared and government space and/or recruiting experience within the application development space to join our team. The recruiter will work in a fast‑changing, high‑growth environment and will be responsible for the full‑cycle IT recruitment process for contract project roles, ensuring that client targets, deadlines, and expectations are met.

• Identify qualified candidates for cleared and non‑cleared IT & Engineering roles, conduct candidate interviews, negotiate, present offers, and maintain relationships with our consultants.
• Manage a high‑volume requisition workload effectively, prioritizing tasks as needed.
• Ensure delivery of recruitment services that align with client expectations and contractual deadlines.

• 1‑3+ years of technical recruiting or sales experience.
• Experience recruiting for IT and Software Engineering focused positions.
• Ability to manage and prioritize a high‑volume requisition workload.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Remote work capability and strong internal motivation.
• Experience using CRM systems and computer applications.
• Success in a fast‑paced environment, juggling multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

The posted range is an estimate; the actual compensation offer will be based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications and will align with internal equity.
