Location: Chelmsford, Essex (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days WFH)

Salary: Up to £35,000 basic + uncapped commission

• Process Management: Oversee the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.

• Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.
• Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, contributing to the company's overall success.

• Experience: Proven track record in 360 recruitment, preferably within white‑collar sectors such as professional services, commercial, or technical fields.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Drive: Self‑motivated and results‑oriented, with a passion for delivering appetizer excellence.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing office collaboration with remote autonomy.
