• Work directly with the Talent Acquisition Manager to understand requirements and expectations of a role, enabling effective assessment of applicants.
• Source candidates through a variety of platforms and outlets, including job postings and social media, and recommend creative sourcing strategies.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, preparing candidates, and reviewing online profiles and resumes. Complete all pre‑screening and reference checks.
• Assist with the hiring process, updating recruiting documents and facilitating smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Continuously improve Talent Acquisition processes in interviews, assessments, background checks, and other recruiting steps.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and maintain in‑depth knowledge of the industry in which the organization recruits.

• US RPO Experience (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Crystal clear phone lines with no background noise for phone interviews
• Confidence in communicating with people from other cultures as we hire team members outside the Philippines
• Passion for recruiting
• Results‑driven, go‑getter mindset
• Reliability and flexibility in schedule changes
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Dropbox
• Recruiting experience (preferred)
• Patience and persistence handling rejection (talk to dozens/hundreds of candidates before finding the ideal match)
