• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s).
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
• Use recruiting tools and materials proficiently.
• Cold‑call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews, and assist in the negotiation of job offers.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong data‑based and technological skills.
• Business Development, Client Relationship, Marketing or Sales background preferred.
• Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• A degree is preferred but not required.
