Talent Manager, Employee Relations, HR Manager
In this role you will administer all human resources functions and serve as a member of our Leadership Team. You will develop positive and effective working relationships with managers and team members; proactively handle compensation and benefits; coordinate recruitment; administer the performance evaluation system; and provide formal and informal HR training.

Requirements:Master’s degree in human resources management, business or related area. Minimum 7 to 10 years progressive HR experience with 7 years in a supervisory/management position. PHR designation required, SPHR preferred. Serve as a leader with excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written) in a team focused environment. Strong computer skills in the Microsoft office suite as well as knowledge and proficiency in the most current HR technology to achieve desired results.
