Employment Solicitor - Fully Remote

We’re supporting a reputable law firm who are looking to welcome an Employment Solicitor to their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on high-quality matters., with the full freedom and flexibility of working from home. You will provide expert employment advice to employees, employers, executives, SMEs, and trade unions on a wide range of issues.
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
 
* Strong organisational skills and the ability provide expert advice on a number of matters
 
* Ability to manage own caseload
 
* 5 years + PQE
 
* Open to various levels including Associates, Senior Associates, Directors, and Partners
 
* Experience in contentious or mixed contentious/non-contentious employment work
 
* Happy to work with a mixed caseload of both claimant and respondent
 
* Confident, motivated solicitors who enjoy autonomy and challenging matters
 
* UK-based, able to work fully remotely
Within this position, you’ll also be:
 
* Assisting clients delivering a professional service on a wide range of issues including but not limited to:
     
* Settlement agreements
     
* Redundancy and restructures
     
* Unfair dismissal
     
* Discrimination
     
* Disciplinary procedures and grievances
 
* Handling cases that may progress to Employment Tribunals
Salary and Hours of Work
 
* Monday to Friday – hours to suit the employee
 * £65k FTE base plus uncapped OTE
 
* Must be able to commit to 15 – 25 hours per week
