As Team Lead SAP Success Factors
, you will take ownership of the Success Factors team and play a central role in delivering and expanding HR transformation projects. You will work closely with customers — remotely and on-site — advising on the optimization, extension, and continuous improvement of their SAP Success Factors landscapes.
In addition to delivery responsibility, you will contribute to practice growth
, solution innovation, and selected pre‑sales and sales activities.
- Leading and developing the SAP Success Factors team
- Advising and supporting new and existing customers across SAP Success Factors implementations
- Analyzing, adapting, and further developing HR business processes and systems
- Taking partial or full project responsibility within customer engagements
- Designing innovative solution approaches and delivering them as part of comprehensive consulting services
- Gathering customer requirements and providing professional consulting and training
- Creating functional and technical concepts
- Preparing and conducting workshops, test phases, and presentations
- Supporting the expansion of sales and pre‑sales activities
- Proven experience in SAP Success Factors consulting and implementations
- At least two SAP Success Factors certifications
- Hands‑on knowledge of at least three SAP Success Factors modules
- Strong motivation for continuous learning and professional development
- Business‑fluent German and English (spoken and written)
