As Team Lead SAP Success Factors
, you will take ownership of the Success Factors team and play a central role in delivering and expanding HR transformation projects. You will work closely with customers — remotely and on-site — advising on the optimization, extension, and continuous improvement of their SAP Success Factors landscapes.

In addition to delivery responsibility, you will contribute to practice growth
, solution innovation, and selected pre‑sales and sales activities.

• Leading and developing the SAP Success Factors team
• Advising and supporting new and existing customers across SAP Success Factors implementations
• Analyzing, adapting, and further developing HR business processes and systems
• Taking partial or full project responsibility within customer engagements
• Designing innovative solution approaches and delivering them as part of comprehensive consulting services
• Gathering customer requirements and providing professional consulting and training
• Creating functional and technical concepts
• Preparing and conducting workshops, test phases, and presentations
• Supporting the expansion of sales and pre‑sales activities

• Proven experience in SAP Success Factors consulting and implementations
• At least two SAP Success Factors certifications
• Hands‑on knowledge of at least three SAP Success Factors modules
• Strong motivation for continuous learning and professional development
• Business‑fluent German and English (spoken and written)
