Position: (REMOTE) HR Workday/Help Journey's Specialist

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide expert direction and management in the analysis and resolution of complex issues related to benefits and PTO administration
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Workday administration and technology support
  • Manage specialized Human Resource service delivery and absence management administration
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify solutions for daily inquiries and manage escalated cases
  • Maintain compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations while ensuring customer excellence
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of four (4) to five (5) years of progressive experience in an HR specialist or support role within a high-volume work environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources and Health & Welfare Benefits implementation
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS, particularly Workday
  • Strong communication skills, including excellent listening and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • CEBS or PHR/PCP certification
  • Experience in vendor management
  • Familiarity with People Soft and Kronos time and attendance systems
  • Demonstrated decision-making and conflict resolution skills
