Hybrid (onsite 3 days/week and 2 days work from home) at Scottsdale, AZ, 85250
Contact Duration: 5 months (01‑Apr‑2025 - 01‑Oct‑2025)
Max pay rate: $45~$55/hr on W2

• Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process
  , from sourcing to offer stage
• Actively and creatively source, screen, and evaluate candidates
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
• Ensure a positive, high‑touch candidate experience throughout thečen hiring process
• Represent the company at Dina and virtual job fairs as needed (Scottsdale, AZ area)

• 2+ years of experience in full‑cycle recruiting
  , preferably in supporting inside sales
• Strong sourcing and networking skills
  , with the ability to find top talent
• Demonstrated ability to recruit across a broad range of roles and levels
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  , with a focus on relationship‑building
• Self‑motivated Ω proactive approach to recruitment
• Process‑oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work autonomkotly and manage multiple priorities
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse experience is a plus)
