- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience with sourcing expertise in a relevant role
- Proficiency in computer skills and MS Office
- Fluency in English
- Ability to effectively communicate and consult with Hiring Managers
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2 years of experience with direct sourcing methodologies and channels
- Experience in recruitment marketing and talent pool mining
- Familiarity with competitor organizational mapping and social media outreach
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovative recruitment programs and campaigns
