Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Human Resources Generalist for a full-time hybrid role based in New York, NY, with flexibility for some work from home. The Human Resources Generalist will handle key HR functions, including administering HR policies, assist in employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Daily responsibilities include overseeing recruitment efforts, ensuring adherence to company policies, conducting employee onboarding, managing HR documentation, handling employee benefits programs, and providing counsel to leadership on HR-related matters.
Qualifications- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) policies, protocols, and compliance
- Proficiency in HR Management, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations
- Expertise in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration processes
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Prior experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment
