- Serve as a senior-level labor relations consultant addressing medium-risk labor relations needs
- Provide consultation to HR Business Partners and leadership teams on complex labor relations matters
- Lead contract negotiations and provide expertise on contract interpretation
- Conduct investigations related to colleague and labor relations issues
- Develop and deliver labor relations education and awareness programs for management
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 to 7 years of progressively responsible labor relations experience, including collective bargaining
- Specialized knowledge of labor relations, human resources practices, and employment laws
- Proven ability to negotiate union contracts and manage grievances and arbitrations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labor and Industrial Relations, or a related field
- Juris Doctorate or LL.B degree
- Prior healthcare experience
- Experience with labor relations in a collaborative culture
- Familiarity with Office 365 and advanced data analysis skills
