- Support the design, administration, and delivery of Total Rewards programs including compensation, benefits, wellness, recognition, and development
- Collaborate with the Total Rewards team, HR Business Partners, and internal stakeholders on compensation and benefits projects
- Conduct job evaluations and market analyses, and participate in program cycles such as annual compensation reviews and open enrollment
- Address employee inquiries related to Total Rewards programs
- Ensure data accuracy and contribute to meaningful programs that impact employee experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, benefits administration, or related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ability to work with HR data
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in a role focused on employee compensation and benefits administration
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Familiarity with HR regulations and compliance requirements
- Previous experience in a behavioral health or healthcare setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
