Position: Temporary Total Rewards Analyst - remote, must be West Coast Based

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Support the design, administration, and delivery of Total Rewards programs including compensation, benefits, wellness, recognition, and development
  • Collaborate with the Total Rewards team, HR Business Partners, and internal stakeholders on compensation and benefits projects
  • Conduct job evaluations and market analyses, and participate in program cycles such as annual compensation reviews and open enrollment
  • Address employee inquiries related to Total Rewards programs
  • Ensure data accuracy and contribute to meaningful programs that impact employee experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, benefits administration, or related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ability to work with HR data
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in a role focused on employee compensation and benefits administration
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Familiarity with HR regulations and compliance requirements
  • Previous experience in a behavioral health or healthcare setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
