Senior Recruiter

Vaco Atlanta is working with an impressive client who is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter on a CONTRACT basis. This position is fully REMOTE, but only candidates in the Southeast will be considered.

• Manage high-volume requisitions related to "white glove" customer service/call center positions.
• Manage recruiting efforts from sourcing, phone screen, scheduling interviews and building pipeline of candidates.
• Identify process improvements

• Must have a minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Must be able to recruit for soft skills as well as specific job requirements
• Must be able to work 8:00a - 5:00p Eastern Time Zone
• Must possess strong time management and organizational skills
• Must be able to multi-task in a high-volume environment and quickly adapt to change
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs
