Talent Manager, HR / Recruitment Consultant
Vaco Atlanta is working with an impressive client who is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter on a CONTRACT basis. This position is fully REMOTE, but only candidates in the Southeast will be considered.
Responsibilities- Manage high-volume requisitions related to "white glove" customer service/call center positions.
- Manage recruiting efforts from sourcing, phone screen, scheduling interviews and building pipeline of candidates.
- Identify process improvements
- Must have a minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Must be able to recruit for soft skills as well as specific job requirements
- Must be able to work 8:00a - 5:00p Eastern Time Zone
- Must possess strong time management and organizational skills
- Must be able to multi-task in a high-volume environment and quickly adapt to change
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
