This Senior Manager, Executive Compensation role sits within a highly visible Global Total Rewards team and works closely with executive leadership, legal, finance, payroll, and HR partners across regions. It offers the rare combination of hands‑on executive compensation ownership

Key ResponsibilitiesLead day‑to‑day administration of executive and partner compensation programs
Support planning and execution of annual executive compensation and reward cycles
Partner with Total Rewards leadership as a trusted advisor and subject‑matter expert
Serve as a primary point of contact for senior leaders and key stakeholders
Support elements of long‑term incentive and equity administration
Build and maintain compensation models, analytics, and scenario planning tools
Enhance and document executive compensation policies, controls, and governance
Support executive‑level communications, reporting, and compliance diligence
Handle highly confidential data with discretion and integrity
6+ years of experience in compensation
, with exposure to executive compensationStrong analytical mindset with advanced Excel modeling capability
Experience operating in global, fast‑paced, or high‑growth environments
Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional partners
High attention to detail, strong judgment, and ability to maintain confidentiality
Certifications such as CCP, CEP, or SPHR are a plus
Interest or experience in equity compensation highly advantageous
$135,000 – $160,000 base salary + bonus
Fully remote working model (EST based)
