• 4+ years of direct HR/People experience, preferably in a high‑growth tech environment
• BA (or higher) degree in HR or a related field
• Strong passion for data‑driven decision‑making
• Knowledge of HR പൂര്‍ best practices
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment

• Experience in a startup or technology‑focused company
• A scrappy mindset with a willingness to tackle tasks of any size
• Bright, self‑directed, and curious with a strong interest in learning
