Regional Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist (Creative Design)

This role supports Recruitment and HR for the assigned region under the general supervision of the Human Resources Director, ensuring compliance with local, state, federal and company laws and regulations.
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and timely process. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment strategy support. Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow up. Represent the company at career fairs, college events, and industry networking opportunities.
Support new hire onboarding, including managing remote work equipment processes. - Human Resources: Partner with regional leadership to align HR strategies with business goals. Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and resolving issues to support a positive work environment. Support and facilitate new hire orientation. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local labor laws and healthcare industry regulations. Manage and mitigate HR related risks across assigned location(s).
Assist with administrative tasks and projects as needed by the HR Director or regional leadership. Foster an inclusive, respectful, and productive workplace culture.
- Bachelors degree in human resources or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two to four years of experience in human resources and full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a multi-site or regional setting.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time, walk, bend, and crouch frequently. Ability to occasionally perform light lifting (up to 20 pounds) and repetitious physical activity. Repetitive computer and phone use. Work is performed in a pharmacy or office environment.
