- Oversee payroll functions within the specified market and coordinate with centralized payroll operations
- Provide operational guidance to market payroll resources and address complex payroll issues
- Manage payroll data inputs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of payroll cycles
- Collaborate with HR, Benefits, and Finance teams to integrate payroll processes seamlessly
- Assist with internal and external payroll audits and special projects as assigned
- Minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible payroll experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead capacity
- High School Diploma required
- Workday Payroll experience required
- Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll and tax regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse personnel
- Experience with ADP Wage Payment, Tax, and Garnishment processing
- Certification as a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC)
- Proficiency with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex) and HRIS systems
- Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish as a second language
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve payroll issues
