We are seeking a Talent & People Partner to support and grow Fusion’s hiring efforts, with approximately 80% of this role focused on talent acquisition and candidate experience.

This role supports recruiting for engineering, operations, data, and specialized roles as Fusion continues to build new technology and modern systems in a space ripe for disruption. You will work closely with leaders to help identify, attract, and engage high-quality candidates while delivering a thoughtful, inclusive, and well-organized hiring experience. The remaining portion of the role supports people partnership and employee experience work that helps new hires and teams thrive once they join Fusion.

What You'll Do:
  • Execute full‑cycle recruiting for technical, operations, data, and subject‑matter expert roles.
  • Partner with engineering and technical leaders to understand team needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
  • Translate technical and functional requirements into clear job postings and candidate profiles.
  • Proactively source candidates using Linked In Recruiter, including advanced search techniques, pipeline building, and outreach.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and hiring workflows in Rippling, ensuring data accuracy and timely communication.
  • Support structured interview processes and coordinate candidate progression from initial outreach through offer.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with candidates to ensure a dynamic and transparent hiring experience.
  • Track and support recruiting metrics such as pipeline health, time to fill, and candidate conversion.
  • Contribute to Fusion’s employer brand by helping articulate what we are building and why the work matters.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers within assigned teams, with guidance from the People team.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Help deliver people programs including performance reviews and engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with employee experience efforts that foster connection, clarity, and belonging
Who You Are:
  • 3 or more years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, with exposure to technical roles such as engineering, product, or data
