The Opportunity

As our Internal Technical Recruiter
, you’ll be the driving force behind building a world-class team of consultants and engineers. You’ll partner directly with leaders to identify top talent, craft outreach strategies, and guide candidates through a smooth, positive hiring journey. What

You’ll Do
  • Recruit for Microsoft-centric roles — from Cloud & Security Engineers to Solution Architects and Project Managers
    .
  • Build talent pipelines using Linked In Recruiter, networks, and creative sourcing strategies.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to shape job profiles and define what great looks like.
  • Deliver a candidate experience that’s responsive, transparent, and engaging.
  • Track recruiting metrics and continuously refine our hiring process.
  • Represent our brand in the Microsoft and cybersecurity talent community.
What You Bring
  • The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting Cleared talent in the federal services space.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (we use QJumpers) and sourcing tools (Clearance Jobs, Linked In Recruiter, DICE, Git Hub, etc.).
  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience (in-house or agency), ideally in consulting or Microsoft partner environments.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, AD, Azure, and/or security roles.
  • Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • A passion for finding the right people and matching them with the right opportunities.
Bonus Points
  • Experience in a Microsoft Solutions Partner or professional services firm.
  • Knowledge of security standards like Zero Trust, NIST, ISO, CIS
    .
  • Track record of hiring for consulting roles requiring both technical and client-facing skills.
