Position: Military Recruiting Programs Specialist (100% Remote Anywhere)
Location: Crystal Falls

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage the employer's Department of War Skill Bridge Program and partnerships with military organizations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Active Duty Military, Veterans, and Military Spouse networking groups
  • Execute sourcing strategies to attract talent from both traditional and non-traditional sources
  • Oversee the full recruiting lifecycle, including presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, and documentation
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Compensation teams on salary recommendations and offers
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 3 years of full‑cycle recruiting or equivalent related experience
  • Proven experience recruiting for a diverse range of positions on a national level
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting processes, employment policies, and legal constraints
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with all stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Power Point
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Previous military service
  • Experience managing veteran and military spouse hiring initiatives
