Recruiter - Foster Care
This position requires a full-time dedicated recruiter for Greystone Foster Care. The applicant must reside in the West Tennessee area, including Crockett, Gibson, Madison, Hardeman, Tipton, Haywood, Lauderdale, Fayette and Shelby counties. It is a hybrid role that combines remote work with occasional in‑office duties, and requires flexibility for weekend and evening work.
Responsibilities- Oversees the delivery of the foster care recruitment, implementing new and existing procedures and conducting focused interviews to ensure program success. Provides recruitment in line with the geographic recruitment plan and assists in matching appropriate placements.
- Partners with internal marketing staff, external recruitment agencies, vendors, recruiters and department leaders/VPs to develop compelling and fresh content for the foster care website, landing pages and testimonials to drive candidate response and foster care applications.
- Distributes marketing materials and attends conferences and other networking events to promote Greystone Foster Care and its foster care identity.
- Participates in weekly supervision sessions with a supervisor to discuss status and progress of foster homes and certifications.
- Assists prospective foster parents in completing required documentation, releases and assessments required in the initial RHETT packet.
- Facilitates recurring informational sessions for prospective foster parents, including quarterly TNKEYS foster parent training.
- Develops foster care candidate experience surveys, manages analytics and drives process improvement from findings. Conducts benchmarking analyses using data from surveys to improve the foster care experience.
- Documents and promptly responds to inquiry forms and calls from prospective foster parents.
- Completes home studies and reassessment evaluations for foster parents.
- Performs other duties as assigned/required by this position.

- Bachelor's degree in human services, social work or related field; master’s degree preferred.
- One to three years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid state driver’s license with appropriate endorsement.
- Automobile insurance with verification of medical liability.
