Xperience Xscape Travels is hiring a Travel Recruiter Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team!
If you are coachable and have a passion for helping others start their careers in the travel industry, this role is for you.
No experience required — we provide full training
. You will assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members, ensuring they are set up for success in their travel careers.

• Manage and assist in the onboarding process for new employees
• Conduct training sessions to ensure new hires understand company procedures
• Assist with recruitment efforts and job posting management
• Coordinate with managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• Provide feedback and guidance to new hires during the training process
• Maintain records of new hires and training progress
• Communicate clearly with candidates and employees during the onboarding stages

• Must be coachable and eager to learn

• Must be located in United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, the Caribbean islands, or Europe
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
