Position: Military Recruiting Programs Specialist (100% Remote Anywhere)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage the employer's Department of War Skill Bridge Program and develop key partnerships with military organizations
  • Build and maintain relationships with Active Duty Military, Veterans, and Military Spouse networking groups
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for recruitment
  • Oversee the full recruiting lifecycle, including candidate communication and documentation
  • Collaborate with HR and Compensation teams for salary recommendations and offers
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 3 years of full‑cycle recruiting or equivalent related experience
  • Proven experience recruiting for a wide range of positions on a national level
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting processes, including sourcing and interviewing techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Power Point
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous military service or experience managing veteran and military spouse hiring initiatives
  • Familiarity with military and veteran service organizations
