• Salary range of $46,600 — $118,000 USD

• Develop deep understanding and expertise in Remote Payroll and HR products and services
• Manage the entire customer journey, fostering long-term partnerships with a focus on payroll services
• Ensure customer success and satisfaction for payroll clients
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, managing campaigns and introducing new payroll features
• Monitor customer complaints and assist in resolving issues related to Global Payroll products

• Extensive experience in Customer Success Management or account management roles within the international Payroll/HR tech sector
• Solid knowledge of Global Payroll and HR Tech software and tools
• Proven track record of onboarding, growing, retaining, and developing customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple complex projects and stakeholders

• Knowledge of how global organizations and start-ups operate
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of remote working dynamics
