Summary:
USAID’s Office of Acquisition and Assistance (OAA) manages acquisition and assistance actions across the Agency. USAID requires experienced payroll specialists to administer complex payroll cases, prior service costing, retirement code changes, and high-volume personnel/pay actions.
Position Summary:
Administer federal payroll operations, correct payroll discrepancies, and provide Tier 2 support.
- Process complex payroll actions including retirement adjustments.
- Perform reconciliations and corrections for manual/system-generated errors.
- Respond to Service Now ticket inquiries.
- Manage incentive pay, separation benefits, and tax withholding issues.
- Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years direct federal payroll experience.
- Ability to work independently without performing inherently governmental functions.
