Job Title: People Administrator
Location: Outskirts of Plymouth
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract, full-time, hybrid - Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week (08:30 to 17:30, flexible hours available)

Job Description

As a People Administrator
, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with employee lifecycle administration (onboarding, contracts, leavers)
  • Managing HR systems and maintaining accurate employee records
  • Supporting the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating communications
  • Assisting with the preparation and processing of payroll information
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures
  • Providing general administrative support to the HR team
  • Responding to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and processes
  • Supporting with training and development administration
Required Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in HR or People Administration is desirable but not essential
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Good understanding of HR processes and policies
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
