A prominent religious organization is seeking an experienced missional minister to develop a new strategy aimed at increasing vocations across ordained and lay ministries. You will support the guidance of candidates through the discernment process and help discern future leaders. This full-time role is based in Exeter with some home-working. The expected salary ranges from £38,500 to £41,500 per annum depending on experience.
Suitable candidates will be instinctively collaborative and possess significant experience in church ministry.
