Imagine having a dedicated admin team to resource, onboard candidates, write profiles, chase documents, gather availability and do the lion share of your admin so that you can focus on doing what you do best...selling

Whether your expertise lies in Primary, Secondary or SEN education recruitment, this is an incredible opportunity to step into a key role within a values-driven business and you'll work closely with our Operations Director and the rest of the North East and Northern teams to support our exciting growth plans for 2026 and beyond.

Responsibilities
  • Sell to Educators and Schools and drive recruitment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Director and regional teams to support growth plans.
  • Leverage a dedicated admin team to resource, onboard candidates, write profiles, chase documents and gather availability so you can focus on core recruitment activities.
  • Operate within a values-driven environment with a level of autonomy and reduced micromanagement.
