💻 Tech Recruitment Consultant (Permanent)

🌍 Fully remote

You’ll be working closely with two experienced directors in a growing, remote-first recruitment business, focusing on either:

• ✔ Fully remote setup – work from anywhere in the North East
• ✔ Be a key part of a small, ambitious recruitment team
• ✔ Use your tech market knowledge to attract high-quality candidates
• ✔ Start candidate-side, with a clear pathway into a full 360 role

• Proven experience in tech recruitment
• Strong understanding of UK software engineering or US GTM / SaaS / Sales markets
• Confident communicator with great relationship-building skills
• Comfortable sourcing, screening, and placing top tech talent
• Proactive, adaptable, and happy working autonomously
• Passion for recruitment and helping grow a business

• Experience using ATS and recruitment tools
• Strong networking skills and an existing talent pool
