Position: Human Resources Assistant (Walton, KY)

, our HR Assistant provides essential administrative support to the HR department, assisting with recruitment, employee relations, and maintaining employee records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Support:
    Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Employee Records Management:
    Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
  • Onboarding:
    Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation programs and training sessions.
  • Payroll Assistance:
    Support payroll activities by processing HR-related paperwork and ensuring timely submission of employee data.
  • Employee Relations:
    Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    Provide clerical support to the HR team, including managing calendars, organizing meetings, and preparing reports.
