An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Human Resources Business Partner to join a respected healthcare organisation based in Crewe. What you’ll do

As a Junior Human Resources Business Partner, you will immerse yourself in every aspect of people leadership across the organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve partnering closely with directorates to develop forward-thinking people plans that reflect both immediate needs and long-term ambitions. You will use your expertise to guide cultural initiatives, support organisational design projects, and ensure that all HR interventions are grounded in robust data analysis.

By building collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels, you will help shape policy updates, manage complex employee relations cases sensitively, and champion employee engagement programmes.

  • Support the Senior Human Resources Business Partner in delivering credible, customer-focused, cost-effective people solutions using a variety of techniques tailored to organisational needs.
  • Provide thoughtful advice on culture-related initiatives such as organisational transformation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering a positive workplace environment.
  • Develop, lead, and implement a range of projects within agreed timescales and budgets to support both organisational and directorate goals.
  • Establish strong partnerships with stakeholders to understand planning and performance issues, identifying people requirements and opportunities for current and future challenges.
  • Lead the creation and execution of departmental People Plans by engaging stakeholders and aligning interventions with ongoing business priorities.
  • Contribute actively to strategy development, planning, delivery, and implementation within the HR team while constructively challenging executive decisions when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify workforce issues, applying problem-solving techniques to inform improvements and drive effective change management.
  • Take responsibility for budgeting and workforce planning activities to ensure resource requirements are met efficiently in line with strategic goals.
  • Utilise data, metrics, KPIs, market intelligence, and feedback to inform continuous improvement initiatives across the business area.
