Senior Recruitment Consultant

Overview

A well established global recruitment agency based in Dubai is hiring experienced Recruitment Consultants to join their specialist niche teams. You will be hiring globally and do not necessarily need experience hiring into the UAE. This is an agency 360 role and may involve relocation to Dubai.

• Senior Recruitment Consultant/ Recruitment Consultant level considered.
• Global hires in UK, Europe, USA and UAE as well as other international locations.
• Dual desk perm and contract (mid to senior executive hires).
• 360 business development and sourcing end to end.
• Procurement, Supply Chain or Commodities recruitment markets.
• 3 days in the office, 2 from home.
• Eligible to be based in Dubai, commute from Abu Dhabi, or relocate from the UK (they will wait for the right person).
• Contingent and Retained (you don’t need experience on retained pitching to secure the role).
• Work with SME to Large blue chip multinationals.
• Delivery with existing clients and BD to win new clients.

• At least 18 months 360 Recruitment experience, ideally in Commodity trading, Procurement or Supply Chain or another professional market.
• Based in Dubai or have a strong drive to relocate to Dubai (you should have visited before and have a reason to relocate).
• Principal Recruitment Consultant level management or mentoring experience would be useful.
• Strong academic background, ideally a Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) essential.
• Fluency in a second language such as German, Arabic, Dutch, French, Swedish, etc. is a bonus.
• Proven BD results in a Recruitment role and solid billings as a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant.
• Motivated, hard-working recruiters who aim to be top billers.
