We’re growing and looking for an experienced, motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team.

The Role This is a 360 recruitment role where you will:
Develop and manage client relationships within care homes, supported living services, SEN schools and mainstream schools Source, screen and place high-quality candidates Manage bookings, shifts and compliance requirements Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline Negotiate rates and manage margins responsibly Deliver exceptional service to both clients and staff You’ll have autonomy, flexibility and the opportunity to genuinely build your own desk.

What We’re Looking For Essential:
Previous recruitment experience (care or education preferred) Proven billing history Strong business development skills Excellent communication and relationship-building ability Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely Desirable:
Existing client or candidate network Knowledge of CQC or education compliance standards Experience working with temporary staffing
