About the RoleAs a People & Culture Assistant, you’ll help keep our People & Culture function running smoothly by handling important administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment, assisting with employee relations, and improving our employee experience.
How you’ll contribute:- Maintain and update employee records in a timely manner, ensuring confidentiality at all times
- Prepare and process documents such as letters, contracts, and policy updates
- Champion our people ops systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity
- Manage the people & culture inbox, swiftly handling employee queries
- Prepare payroll for processing, ensuring timely and accurate data submissions
- Support the coordination and tracking of training and development programmes for employees
- Support our feedback, performance, and appraisal processes
- Assist in the creation of surveys and organising employee engagement initiatives
- Assist with low-level employee relations - supporting, coaching and advising line managers and employees on policy and process
- Prepare data reports, presentations, and internal comms, as and when required
- Support our recruitment process (job ads, interview scheduling, onboarding)
- Partner with key stakeholders and assist the People & Culture Manager as needed
- Work on wider global HR projects, on an ad-hoc basis
- Some experience in an administrative HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices
- Incredibly organised and detail-oriented with brilliant time management
- Excellent grammar, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Tech savvy and proficient in HR systems, benefits dashboards, and reward platforms
- Very high level of confidentiality, diplomacy, and professionalism
- Agile, ready to pivot with changing priorities, and comfortable multitasking
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

If your application is successful, you’ll receive an initial phone screening call with our Talent Acquisition team, followed by a round of interviews with the hiring manager and selected stakeholders. Throughout the process, you’ll receive feedback following each round of interview(s) with regular updates on how the recruitment process is going. If we find there’s a perfect match, you’ll be offered and onboarded into the world of Team A&B!
