Looking for a flexible, home-based TA role where you can operate as a true partner — not just fill roles?
This is an embedded, in-house-style Talent Acquisition position — working closely with consulting leaders to design and deliver high-quality hiring processes from start to finish.

It’s strategic.
It’s relationship-led.
And it’s built on quality - not volume.
The OpportunityYou’ll join a specialist people advisory firm that partners with ambitious consulting and professional services businesses.
Rather than recruiting at arm’s length, you’ll embed yourself into client organisations — understanding their commercial priorities, culture and growth plans — and building structured, rigorous hiring processes that deliver lasting results.
You’ll work directly with founders and senior leaders who value thoughtful talent decisions and evidence-based recommendations.
This is in-house depth — across multiple high-performing businesses.
