Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage HR operations remotely, supporting a diverse team across various functions and departments.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s overall business goals.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion through employee engagement programs and leadership development.
  • Manage talent acquisition strategies, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview processes, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
  • Develop and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring competitive offerings that support work‑life balance and employee well‑being.
  • Analyze HR metrics to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements to leadership.
  • Stay updated on relevant labor laws, employment regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance.
  • Implement training and development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills, leadership potential, and career growth.
  • Champion organizational change efforts and communicate HR initiatives to all team members effectively.
Required

Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR) preferred.
  • Proven experience in an HR management role, preferably with remote teams.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficient in HR software (e.g., ADP, Workday, Bamboo

    HR, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with virtual team building and engagement strategies.
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in an HR management role.
  • Experience working in a remote environment and managing virtual teams.
  • Previous experience in a women‑led organization is a plus.
Working Hours
  • Full‑time position.
  • Flexible working hours with a focus on delivering results, while maintaining work‑life balance.
  • Occasional meetings or collaborations may require availability during non‑standard business hours, depending on time zone differences.
